Arlo Base VMB3500 not connecting to phone

We recently setup the Arlo 3 system and everything works great, but when I invited my wife to the account, her iphone cannot connect to the base nor the cameras.  Odd thing is that she gets a notification when the camera catches movement, but there is no video in her library.   Please help

In your app or web browser, go to Grant Access and click her name. Are the camera names highlighted? If not, highlight them. Also check the box that says Allow Access Rights to give her the ability to change modes and share and delete videos.

Then, most importantly, click save
