Arlo Base Station, no green link light after pushing link triangle button

PUsh LInk Triangle, nothing changes, I have an Arlo-Q camera working fine. Trying to ad a camera. PUSH BASE STATION LINK TRIANGLE AND NOTHING CHANGES, NO GREEN LIGHT, NO LIGHT CHANGES AT ALL. PUSH IT FOR 2 SECONDS. PUSH IT FOR 10 SECONDS, NOTHING LIGHT CHANGES ON BASE STATION AT ALL

Ok.

Use the base power button and turn off for a few seconds , then turn on... left the base reconnect to the internet.

Push the base sync button QUICK PUSH, don't hold...then a couple secs push the camera sync button
