My base station was recently unplugged. Its location which has been on the second floor of my house-away from the router- ever since it was originally installed. An adapter with antennae is connected to the base station to receive the signal from the router in the basement. After I plugged it back in to the outlet, the base station continually blinks amber. I have used the reset with no results. How can i remedy?

This normally means that the base can't connect to the cameras.  https://kb.arlo.com/000039100/What-do-the-LEDs-on-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-Base-Station-mean

Are you seeing the base as on-line in the app (or my.arlo.com)?  If not, I suggest

  • first making sure the adapter is still working
  • if it is working, then remove the base from the account and then re-add it.
