My base restarts every time I enter the application, but it restarts when I do live the second or third time, and constantly restarting.
I have same 2 base station in two houses, and its the same problem.
Please Arlo do anything to solve it.

In the latter case I have done a total reset of 30 seconds of the two bases and it already works.
I also have to say that arlo's customer service in Europe, which is where I live, works perfectly. I congratulate you, thank you very much

How do you know it's rebooting - have you actually watched it do so? What kind of errors and observations have you seen?

I have made several checks and it really is when you enter the application if you do not click Play, it restarts after two or three times you have entered the application.
I have reinstalled the base and the cameras one by one I have two bases in different houses and I have done so and it continues to happen I think it is an application problem but I would like someone from Arlo Netgear to let it review it and also know if someone else happens to it.
This similar problem already happened at the beginning of November with the installation of the firmware, it was solved but now it happens not so often but it happens again, please verify, think that the batteries are exhausted because they are constantly looking for the base in short, a disaster for the good arlo running.
