Hello-

All of a sudden either late yesterday or today my Arlo base station went offline.  Here's what I mean by offline:

First 2 lights on the station are green - it's on and connected to the Internet

Device shows offline in device settings

Camera light on the base station is off

Everything else I have is connecting to the Internet without issue

I powered off the base station, then back on.  No dice.

All cameras show offline

No router changes have been made

4 cameras - all batteries showed a good status a few days ago

It shows offline whether or not I use the app or the website to check

I can try to reset it to defaults of course, but I don't want to - because I don't want to take all my cameras down that are outside and bring them in to resync.

Any ideas or suggestions other than resetting everything to defaults?  Why would this happen out of the blue?  Has Arlo pushed updates out that would have broken this?  This makes no sense.

If the POWER and INTERNET leds are green but not the cameras, it seems that the cameras dropped sync.

If you reboot the base via the power button and the cameras DON"T come back you prob have to get one camera ( the easiest one ).

Get the one camera and bring near base, then open/close the battery door... if it auto resyncs, fine.

If not, then do the normal sync'ing process for that camera...If it comes back online, then as you guessed, you'll have to do it for all.

Either way it will involve getting each camera.

Have no reason why here, didn't see a sw update.
