Ever since the new update in Jan 2019 my system will not stay online.  I have been trying to get the friggin firmware to install for four, YES 4, days.  Let's get it together people or don't force us to update to stream.  Can I get my money back?

Im having the same problem my cameras keep going in and out offline, this is happening after the update in January 2019

Have you tried to reboot your base station and test again?  Have you tried contacting customer support regarding this issue? I have attached the link below for you - Arlo Tech Support
