Hi, I am one of user in china, recently I find that the "arlo" APP can not watch the captured video, when I try to open the captured video, it always say "the resouce is not available", some of my friend also met this problem, could you help to solve this problem, thanks!

Chinese users have traditionally had problems, perhaps caused by the government's management of the Internet. The use of a VPN may or may not help since that same traffic management may cause the VPN to not be usable. That's not a problem Arlo can solve.
