My system is set up with a Verizon Jetpack and I use a Netgear extender for my base station and four cameras. Recently I am not able to access my system via Arlo app it says access token denied and will not accept my password or allow me to reset it. It sends a link to my email but it goes back to the original screen and I am not able to enter a new password. I have not been able to use the system for a couple weeks now and cant find a trouble shooting topic that works to fix this problem?

DTesta,

You may want to try uninstalling & reinstalling the app along with rebooting the base station. Try logging in from your laptop or pc browser.

Hi DTesta,

Which app are you using (IOS or Android) do you see the same behavior using a web client from the computer?

I am using my Google play store app on my Samsung phone and have tried on my Samsung Galaxy Tab with the same results. Still no link via email to reset my password, it keeps taking me back to my original log in screen on the app.. I am beyond frustrated that these cameras have all the sudden become useless.. Any other ideas? I am definitely not computer or technical savvy but I had no trouble setting this up or using the system until last month when my access token was denied.
