Hi all,

i have a strange problem on IOS Arlo App.

In my house i have 5 arlo camera (4 standard+1 arlo pro) connected to 2 arlo base station (1 arlo base station + 1 arlo pro base station); 3 cameras are connected to arlo base standard, the other 2 to the other base.

In the Arlo desktop webpage all the cameras are available and all are operative, in the ios app i see continuosly the cameras connected to arlo pro base station as OFFLINE . I tried to reinstall the app without any success.

Also the app iphone of my wifi present the same problem.

I think this is a bug, but can i solve it ? Unfortunately i don't have android device to try.

Someone can help me ?

Thank you

Fabio

ciao,

same problem here.

9 arlo pro 2 cameras on 2 base stations.

on webpage all are on-line. 3 cameras are off-line on ios app.

this problem is started with 2.5.x ios app version (may 15). with 2.4.x version all was fine...

same problem on the same cameras on android app.

I've installed ios app on a different iphone: same problem.

I've reinstalled the 3 cameras. same problem on the same cameras.

for me it's a bug on ios and android apps.

Hi Marco,

thank you for the feedback.

I was convinced that this problem is a bug on Ios App and you confirmed it .

For me this problem is a major bug, because we're not able to view the cameras during an alarm and it's really a serious problem.

Unfortunately netgear doesn't have also a mobile website so there's no a workaround .

I hope that the solution will arrive soon

sometimes if I activate live view on a camera of the same base, the cameras that where off-line come back on-line (with functional live view). but they come back off-line after few minutes.

hello,

with arlo support I've solved my problem.

try this:

- remove problematic camera from the base station 1 (from web interface)

- remove the battery for 30sec

- syncronize the camera with the base station 2 and test the connection.

- remove the camera from the base station 2

- remove the battery for 30sec

- syncronize the camera with the base station 1

repeat for every problematic camera

the problem should be resolved.

ciao.
