Arlo App - Geofencing missing

I am re-entering this issue to the message board, as my last submission was closed out.

 

I have an S6, and the Geofencing mode is missing from the app.  When I originally installed the app (over a year ago) Geofencing was available and it worked.  After some updates, the Geofencing mode disappeared from the app on my S6, but still appears on the app for my wifes Nexus 5 phone.

 

I have (1) uninstalled the app multiple times, (2) removed my wife from "Grant Access" and reinstalled the app on my phone.

 

The option for Geofencing appears when I log in to my Arlo account online (but is greyed out as it can only be selected on a mobile device).

 

The app version is:  2.4.6_18293 and was installed minutes before making this post.

 

I would appreciate any help/guidance to get the option back on my phone.

Are you using the master account or an account that was granted access?

I am using the master account.

 

I have deleted all 'Granted Access' accounts, and reinstalled the App.

Maybe location services is turned off on your phone?
