Arlo App Doesn't Open on iOS

I have iOS 13.3.1 and ever since the beginning of this new app, it has never worked. I used to have the Legacy app and today I was stupid and deleted it. Now I can't get it again in the app store.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. I have powered off and powered on numerous times.

I spend money per month on the cameras and storage. If the app doesn't work, what's the point?
