Arlo App - Clearly Issues Of Not Working - DOES ARLO EVER REPLY TO THIS FORUM re: an ETA on FIX???

Clearly there are issues with the arlo app since their last release, and all of these support conversations, BUT why do I not see any updates from Arlo regarding a fix, or eta of the fix. It is bad enough that I cannot even get to chat with someone, since for some reason, I cannot 'submit' a chat on my phone or laptop...

Well, there's always the phone option. 

 

There's a new Android release out (2.6.4) to try.

Gee thanks jguerdat, but i am past 3 months in and not about to waste my time on hold or pay for "support" on a known widespread issue. That just sounds ridiculous. Thanks for the reply

Hi, thanks for the reply. The 2.6.4 release from the other day resolved the app issue of kicking my husband out of the app.
