Arlo-Get Base Station Online Again With Prepaid

Hi All,

I am using the Arlo system with a prepaid mobile tariff. Since the contract period for the prepaid tariff ended (4 weeks) the base station went offline. I extended the mobile tariff for another 4 weeks but the base station is still offline. Is there a possibility to get the base online again remotely (without pushing a button on the base station)?

If you would like to reboot your base station while a way, you can do this through the mobile app under - Settings > My devices > Base Station > Restart
