I tried to log onto the Arlo app this morning and it asked me to log back in.  When I log back in it asks me to input a code which is sent via text.

Unfortunately each time I read the text to get the number it takes me back to the logon screen on the app and then times out.  I now get an error message and can't log in.

Any ideas why?

As I recall, there's a selection for different methods to get the code. Perhaps the email version would work.

As for the texts, I've never had an issue with the timeliness of receiving them - I can usually enter it so the countdown stops around 20 seconds. It may have to do with your cell carrier and/or service.

If you actually using the app (not the browser), then you should set the phone as a trusted device.  Then you won't need to enter any code.
