Is there any way to have the Arlo App alert the smartphone or send a push notification that the alarm is triggered?

My other question is more of a suggestion that I hope scheduling in the app slows geofencing.

Not sure exactly what you're asking. Push notifications are available for any detected (motion or audio) event. However, if you're asking for a notification for when the siren is manually activated, there's no notification.

 

Be a bit more specific as to what you're after.
