I have a Galaxy S7 Edge on Sprint and just over the past week or so I have been unable to log in through the Arlo app. I get a message stating incorrect username or password. However, I use the exact same information from a PC and I am able to log in no problem.
I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but I am still having the same issue.

Un-install the app, reboot the phone with the power button , reinstall app
By any chance you using android os 7 ? .. there have been one or two issues mentioned

I uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled....same results.
And yes, I'm on Android 7.0

I would fire off a trouble report to Netgear Support.... ( button at bottom of page )

The app and the web client are identical regarding log in information. Are you absolutely sure you are entering everything correctly on your mobile device? (special characters, capital letters etc.)
If you have verified this and you do open a support case, please let me know the case number. I would like to follow this issue and provide any additional feedback that I can.
