New purchase.

Tried to register - "your email is already in use"

Password reset button "your email is not known"

Support (fast, chat) say "reset it on the website"

Done

Still can't log in

Support : "Oh it takes time for the reset to work, give it 2 hours and see"

 

Pathetic
