Arlo 1 minute delay

I have 5 Arlo Pro S5 with the latest firmware update and ever since I purchased them they have a one minute delay. Arlo claims that it’s because of my mesh system and to connect the cameras to original router, however the issue was happening even when I didn’t have a mesh system installed.

Has anyone encountered the same problem?

What do you mean by a 1 minute delay? A recording is delayed that much or something else? If you test them yourself by walking in front of the camera do you see the same thing? By any chance do you also have a security hub (not the same as a SmartHub)?
