Are you getting notifications of low battery power with your Arlo?

I noticed an old original Arlo's CR123 batteries was at 2% this morning PST. I didn't get any app and e-mail notifications about it. I wonder if Arlo broke this feature again like a few years ago. 😞

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. 🙂

I still also run a couple of the Arlo HD cams...

usu I get the low battery warnings at about 12-14% ( got one 2 days ago ).

So it is still working TMK.

Make sure the email isn't getting lost in a junk folder first, also check the firmware on cameras.

If all looks ok, I would just do a power button reboot of the base ( turn off then on and wait 2-3 mins for the reboot and re-connection of cameras )

TomMac: Are you using the original base station too like me? I already checked the spam folder too. I do check my iOS app daily often to be sure all battery juices are still good. Firmwares seem to be updated since Arlo didn't tell me they need to be updated.

Hi Ant...

No, not using the 3000 base anymore.... but 3 of the older cameras are running on the 4000 base.

It may make a diff, ... wonder where the alert actually gets processed ?

Thinking it happens on the far end but not sure.
