IMO, yes... esp if you have a high camera usage area.

( the OEM reg cells last longer in low/spec use, the rechargables last longer in high use ( re viewing/record ))

Tho the OEM cells for me run about 4 months and the rechargeables only make it to about 2 months.. the oem cells cost about $1.50 each and are one time, while the Tenerergys have a 300+/- recharge life.

So you will be swapping them out more often than OEM, but overall the costs is much better with rechargeables.
