App wont open 11-29-18 Samsung phone

The app is still not opening on my Samsung Prime phone after few problems over a 11 month period. It does work on my Fire tablet. We have been happy with the system but this lack of support is causing us think about using a different product when we expand our security.

Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?

Yes I have rebooted my phone. App still not working on Samsung Prime 3.

Finally working after an additional uninstall/reinstall. This time it asked for permission to make calls. Never got that before.
