As of today Arlo app will not run on my iPhoneX. Up till now there were no problems. 

 

I have "uninstalled" the app and "reinstalled" it multiple times including restarting and powering down the phone to no avail. Uninstalling the app does not resolve the issue. 

Clearing out cache does not resolve the issue. I deleted all recorded events on website (I can see my cameras fine online.).

Turning on airplane mode and loading the app does not help load the login prompt for Arlo.

Multiple attempts of app removal and reinstallation produces same results.

Same issue, app won’t run on 2 separate iPhone's but will run on an iPad and an iPad pro….

App is working on my iPad running v. 6.13. Not running on my iPhone running 6.30.   Need a fix or a way to reinstall older version back on iPhone. I noticed that app was updated the day my phone app. stopped working so that's def. the problem. I turned off automatic updates on iPad.

The Arlo team is aware of an issue causing the iOS app to crash on launch for some users with the recent version 6.30.0. This appears to primarily affect older iPhone models, including iPhone 8 and iPhone 11. We apologize for the inconvenience and are actively working on a fix.
