The battery was st 64% yesterday. Why would my camera be offline and say it needs connected to a browser if the settings indicate the base station is ok? Do I need to reboot the camera itself (reconnect it)?

Oh geez. I resynced the camera and turns out the batteries were almost dead. Yesterday it said they were fine. I had thought the batteries had lasted a little too long....What good is an inaccurate battery indicator? Either way, problem solved. 😉

Can you explain what's going on a bit clearer please?

When I go to look at a live feed, it says "this Arlo device is offline". But when I go to settings, it says my base station is connected. I was able to arm the base station but not turn the camera back on.

Sounds like the camera lost sync... Resync the camera

Hmm. What would cause this? Do you know what it was in the last update in September that causes the cameras to shut down suddenly, which is something I read in the forums?

I did get a message two days ago that I couldn't connect because I was signed in from another device, but I wasn't.

Try power cycling the base. Sometimes it gets silly. If no go, open and close the battery doors to reset the cameras. If still no go, remove the camera in Settings, My Devices and resync.
