My app keeps flicking me out without opening. I have tried deleting the app and restarting my phone etc

    The Arlo team is aware of an issue causing the iOS app to crash on launch for some users with the recent version 6.30.0. This appears to primarily affect older iPhone models, including iPhone 8 and iPhone 11. We apologize for the inconvenience and are actively working on a fix.

App self upgrade now will not open. I have deleted  reinstalled  closed phone reopened phone  click on app  the app starts to open the closes right away. Can’t do any thing on iPhone 8 Plus   How do I get it to open

App was working till this morning  now it’s not I tried suggestions of delete app er install. Did nothing. Shut og phone rebooted. Did nothing. Cameras appear ti be working as I’m getting notifications but cannot open the app to see the camera    Go to open app it closes and yiu get to see nothing.   I have 70 notifications but can’t see the cameras to see why.  
app doesn’t open on web nor iPhone.   On web it just offers subscriptions to pay  nothing else if offered to see under my arlo   Need help

I'm having same problem as of today on iPhoneX. I didn't manually do any update so it must have been automatic if it updated. I'm thinking that the latest update is not compatible with the older iPhone OS .

So, if the update is not compatible with my Iphone soft ware , what is the answer?

I don't know. Will try to find out from support. I'm not sure that is the problem... just guessing.

The app requires iOS 15 or later:

The iPhoneX should be running iOS 16, so it's not the OS.

App is working on my iPad running v. 6.13. Not running on my iPhone running 6.30.   Is there any way to reinstall older version back on iPhone? I noticed that app was updated the day my phone app. stopped working so that's def. the problem.

Tried all suggestions. When **bleep**ting of iCloud says I need to sign in when I hit the icon to sign in takes back to the start hi screen. Refuses to let me sign in. I have reinstalled  5X. Still nothing rebooted phone nothing. Let sit over night reinstalled app still won’t let me on. I have 186 videos and people walking in my yard   Without proof police will not do anything so woukd like to get cameras back on to view  

can not get it to open on web thru computer either

What is going on with my case? I can’t even leave my house until you fix what’s wrong with you changed! My cameras work perfectly fine on my computer but not on the app! Why can’t you fix this problem immediately and I know I’m not the only person who is having this problem!!

What model phone?  There is a recent bug with some iphones that prevent login.

It’s an IPhone eight with an iOS of 16.7.16. Their requirements are at least fifteen and above but I’m sure you’re already aware of this.? I was talking with a live technical support agent who assured me they have escalated this matter and are working to correct it. So we’ll see what happens!

That said, @JamesC does work for Arlo, and said a few hours ago that the iPhone 8 was one of the models known to be affected by the bug.

Are you using an older iPhone or iPad?  There is a bug preventing login with some of those devices that Arlo is working on.

I have similar problems on my iPad and iPhone. If I restart then Arlo app will load. But as soon as I press the devices tab it crashes and will not reload. Have tried everything suggested in these posts. First time this has happened in nine years!
