For 2 day now, both on my phone and husbands can’t log in. Can’t log out. App just spins. I can log in from my computer and all cameras are working. Deleted app from phone then download again. Still same issue. No way to speak to a human or log a case?

Can you access your account using the web browser to my.arlo.com on a pc?

 

have you tried deleting the app on mobile, rebooting the mobile then installing the app again?
