The Arlo app camera pic shows 1 recording when i click on it to go to the library, the library shows no recording. How do i reset this?

You can try the Delete All Files button found in settings, account settings, subscription. If that doesn't work, contact support.

I have the same problem too as shown in http://i.imgur.com/J1qAalP.jpg ...
Deleting all files didn't work. I guess I will need to ask support unless there's another way? 😞- Mark as New

I got it fixed with these instructions:
1. Go to "Cameras" and Play camera live.
2. Press the Manual recording icon (Target sign icon) to manually record a video for 10 seconds.
3. Press the same Manual recording icon once done to save the video. This will increment the number of recordings.
4. Then, do Delete All files under Settings > Subscription.
5. Go to "Cameras" and check if affected camera still shows "1".
