Four Arlo Pro 5K cameras and Doorbell.  App is loaded on 2 iPads and 1 iPhone.  Video counter on app badge resets after viewing feed on one device, however, it will only reset on the others if you log off and on.  Note that I spent considerable time in chats a few months ago with Support that did not yield a solution.  Left it with them taking it to the Development team.  Thought that I would post this here to see if anyone else knew of a fix.

@AustinT Each device will have its own badge count number. They will need to be viewed separately per device to reset it.

First, thanks for responding.  I probably wasn't clear enough regarding this issue.  The badge count does not clear after viewing the feed on the other devices (only clears on the first device where feed is viewed).  Logging on and off is the only way to do so.

If you have not already, can you update to the latest version 6.33.0 on all the devices from the App Store and test again for me?

If you select the Feed tab and scroll all the way to the top to your most recent recording does the feed tab reset to 0 and the badge counter on the device app Home Screen?

App was updated to 6.33.0 on all devices (which also are updated to latest software version).  Have even deleted app and cameras and then gone back and added.  Issue still persists.

Cased was closed by support, however, problem has not been fixed.  Contacting Arlo support via phone to request that they reopen it.

New support center number is 56807481.

Spent almost 2 hours on phone.  Sent info on logs and screen shots from devices to Arlo.

If you like, you can respond to keep your case open for the time being. But I'll be able to moderate this, and I'll follow up with you if I need anything. I don't want you to be on the phone for any amount of time if you don't need to be.

Yes, please keep it open.  Note that this case does not show up in my app.

I received an email yesterday from Arlo Support indicating that my iOS software was not up to date on all of my devices.  The email asked for a reply, however, the address provided doesn't accept email responses.  My response was that all of my devices have the latest available update - iPhone 15 Pro and iPad Air 2 both run on 26.5.2 and iPad Air runs 15.8.8 (latest Apple security update).  Also, all 3 devices have Arlo 6.36.0.
