so can't get through to a live agent ever. can't get a call back ever. finally got a call back can't speak english. requested 10% off discount coupon first 3 times said no coupon available now it won't even send one. who would do business with a company like this?

Where were you requesting a 10% off coupon? Did you receive a promotional email from Arlo?
