Anyone know when cameras will start recording again?

Does anyone know when camera's will start recording again?  I have called support several times and they keep telling me its a backend server issue, affecting many customers.  Tomorrow makes 1 week.  It shouldn't take that long to fix unless they are re-coding the whole platform.

 

Recap: 7 cameras detect motion, alert, do not record.   no record button when viewing live stream.  Motion sensor, spot lights and Ir lights all light up, but no recording.  Camera with a CVR contract will record motion, but does not record 24/7 like it used to before April 3rd.

This should now be resolved for you. Can you please let me know if you see the same behavior.

well, the manual record button is back.  But motion recording does not work, I am no longer signed up for any plan even though I was charged and CVR still does not work.  The trail plan says it expired 4/5/2026.

It shows that it is only on for the Floodlight. Can you check if the CVR is working on that camera?

correct, cvr is only on 1 camera, floodlight.  the other 7 are record on motion detection.  the 7 do not record at all, the flood records motion only. and i have no plan again.

When you click on 24/7 recording are you able select/deselect the CVR capable cameras? There is only 3 cameras allowed per location and they also have to be wired.

Yes, I can turn the 24/7 off and back on.  The floodlight is hardwired and shows it is plugged in.

Done.  And deleted all cached data as well.  Same result.
