Anybody try to contact Arlo customer support using a phone

Advertisement for some type of Arlo "plan" began showing up when I try to open up and view my Arlo cameras.

Tried to call Arlo for help on this problem as my cameras began working slowly with pixelations and failure to get a live stream.

Guess what, Arlo doesn't want your call.

Finally found a working phone number in a place most customers wouldn't know to look.

Finally reached a help desk employee (Philippines), bad connection, I called back, they couldn't grasp my problem.

Ask for supervisor, their phone was muffled and indistinct.

I called back and got a helpful person (Sam), she had a supervisor call me.

I was told Arlo had eliminated most/all publicly available phone numbers because the callers were getting "scammed"...whatever that means.

I will be buying alternative cameras to replace the Arlo devices, probably will buy more solar powered Eufy cameras.

Arlo...if you're listening...get and show some phone numbers for customer support...doubt this will happen...ugh!
