After today’s app update when I go to the feed, watch the first vid, turn my phone sideways to view in landscape mode, when I swipe left to view the next vid and the next and the next, about every 3rd vid shows a black screen. I can swipe left/right a few times to get it to show but this is a new bug. Landscape swipe left used to work perfectly.
And no, I’m not going to turn off my phone, or uninstall the app and reinstall, and yada yada yada.
You guys just need to do better in testing and deploying updates.

The same problem here with the iPad since version 6.29.0. Same error with 6.30.0. On a 2nd iPad I still have version 6.28.0. Everything works right there.
Instead of fixing errors, errors are unfortunately added to almost every update.

And a new thing for me is that when you swipe videos after playing two or three, they play in the background with nothing being shown (app version 6.30.1).
Issues are on-going and new ones appear with every new realise. This is unacceptable. It's also clear to me that users are unhappy with the way things are at the moment.
We as a community should consider an executive team complaint - after requests for improvements on here in particular have been unsuccessful - so that the issue of poor software/firmware can be internally addressed: why this is continuing to happen and what improvements can be made to stop new and major issues from occuring with every single update.

The fix for this issue will be available in 6.31.1, which should be rolling out very soon. I will provide an update once I have more information to share.

Offnen Sie den Google Play Store und wahle 'Available updates'.
Meine Arlo App wurde noch nicht aktualisiert. Ich warte auch fur die App zu auktualizieren werden.
