Another Bad App Design without Input from Us, the End Users

Once again Arlo with their infinite wisdom decided to release a badly designed app without taking into account input for us, the actual end users. Where was the focus group to provide input on the design of a new app? I have 10 cameras and this "new" design is horrendous and NOT user friendly.
When they released the app we were forced to upgrade without release notes or user guide. The renaming and layout of the app is ludarious where the "feed" which was the library is a total disaster where the real estate is taken up with text, calender and left side-bar making the thumbnail virtually impossible to see. When I submitted the support ticket I got back hyperbole..."...to enlarge the thumbnail kindly increase the size of the browser view to 100%" this is not a solution but puts the end user to manually manipulate the view due to a bad design where there is way too much clicking. Ugh.
What about the ability to create new modes aka now as routines? WTH Arlo! It is as though they have not given any care to the end user expeirence except push out crap and tell us we will like it. BS
Arlo does not listen to its end user and pushes out bad designs and makes us try to figure out how to use their system...zero accountibilty.

I've had Arlo cameras for over 10 years where I have to say this "upgrade" is one of the worst end user experiences I've had.
Support is of no assistance as usual.
