How awesome is it to watch, from my window, birds and rabbits hop right up to the camera. It would be even more awesome if the Arlo cameras actually recorded it.

I do not see an Arlo account with the email provided. What type of camera do you have that is not recording? Can you dm me the email address that is associated with the Arlo account?
