arlo has been charging me for a year via monthly billing after telling me that I do not have an active subscription and should not be paying for anything. To make is worse I don't even have any arlo cameras anymore as i sold my home last October and took the cameras with me and they are sitting in a box in my garage. did anyone have the problem and get credited back the false charges or do I have to file for fraud with my bank?

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good number to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
