I have a high school child who is pretty freaked out by the idea of someone coming to the house when they are home alone.  I'd like to be able to allow them to check the camera footage from their phone, but it appears when you give someone else access to the account, they can also MANAGE the system, which means that the same high school child could then disable the system when convenient.

Please allow the concept of an account that has privledges limited to only monitoring what the cameras see.

cwjones,

Within the Grant Access settings you can uncheck "Allow Access Rights" to prevent a shared user from disabling the system.

Take a look here for a list of privileges based on access rights: What privileges do my friends have when I grant them access rights in my Arlo account?
