All my cameras are offline

i am overseas and all my cameras are showing offline. I've rebooted my base station a couple of times.

This problem has come up before... not much you can do.

esp usefull for vacation / far away locations

You can remotely reboot/restart the base, but not the cameras.  When there is a power outage most of the time the base/cameras will come back online as you router does as power is restored.  But, some times the cameras do not and there's nothing to be done remotely.

What i found fixes this for short term power outages is a UPS for the base. When the base stays powered, it does not loose the connection to the cameras, when normal power returns, as long as the router comes up all is fine ( most routers do come back )

How big a UPS depends on how long you want run it and how much money ... Most of my outages here are short term.
