You are going to need to reset the basestation. However, you will need to add each camera back onto the account.

Please remove the doorbell from the account and add it back on.

Nope didn’t work and it’s not the doorbell camera it’s the app that’s not playing the video and it started after the latest update.

I was not asking for you to reboot the iPhone. I was asking if you could reset the doorbell and add it back onto the account.

It’s not the doorbell camera that’s acting up it’s viewing the videos that give me the error when I go to the app and try and view them any of them doorbell , side camera it doesn’t matter which camera.

Yea I’m not doing that again done that with the last issue and it ended up being a program issue just like last time. I didn’t have any issues until this last update.
