All 4 of the cameras will not charge

I’m not sure which kind of camera I have. All 4 of the cameras will not charge. They will also not detect anything. I have restarted the cameras in the app. Nothing. I have reset the cameras with the button on the bottom. Nothing. I removed one camera from the app and tried to add it back however it does not detect it. It does not give an offline error. Any ideas?

But you posted VMC2030 as the model - if that is correct, then you have the Essential Spotlight.

 

You do need to select the correct camera when using "add device", so I suggest trying again using that model.
