All 3 lights on the base station are green but connecting from app or pc says my system is offline

I have read there was an outage on March 30 and everything should be back to normal. Unfortunately, my base and cameras are still showing offline when accessing via phone app or PC. I have tried to reset my base station and the lights remain green (no flashing, or blinking).

Did you reset the base by restarting it or by using the reset button?

If you havent tried the reseet button then do give it a try.

I have been trying this all week now and still no connection. My base has solid green lights..I've reset the base 3 times..took one of 4 camera down to try and sync with my bas and STILL no Internet connection. I have intersect through out my house. My lap tops and t.v. all work. Arlo says NO Internet connection. I'm ready to throw the system out of the window. Ahhggggg!!!!!!

So this time after "removing " the base station AND reboot..I re synced ONE camera so far...so far so good..back on Internet connection and working...I'll check back to make sure connection stays before I take the next 3 cameras down to re sync.
