Hello,
I get push notifactions (alerts) correctly, but no videos in library (just manual videos are displayed).
Wifi reception is very good, the settings seem all correct (when motion detected on camera 1, record clip with camera 1...).
My Firmware of the Base is; 1.4.2695
Firmware of cameras is: 1.2.2688
Is my firmware updated?
If not, why doesn't my video recording work?
Best Robert

Next thing is ur SW....
the base should be version 1.7 or 1.8 something
the Arlo cameras should be 1.2 something
Try a power button reboot of the base ( turn off, then on ) and see if it trys to find an update... It used to happen in the early morning hours so doesn't necessarily happen right away
You also should open and close the camera battery doors to reset the cameras...they should auto sync back

First thing to test would be manual record... go to LIVE VIEW and hit LIVE, then click on the record button for about 10 secs ( looks like target logo )
Stop record by the pause button.
Make sure the video appears in the library.
( also if possible try on a PC )

Yes, manual record works. I find those clips in the library.
And now?
