After Upgrade I can't find cloud recordings

I bought some new cameras to add and was asked to upgrade the app.  I did so and now I can not find the recordings I already pay for for a couple cameras.  How do I access my recordings?  they do not show up in "feed".  I pay for a couple cameras to have 24/7 recordings kept.  Really need these and very frustrating I can't find.  used be extrtemely easy before upgrade.

What is you active mode as shown in Dashboard? Note that only the Arm Away mode gets populated with rules for all cameras - you may need to edit the other modes to create rules in them.
