After Downloading New App, I cannot sync one of my cameras

I didn't realize that one of the cameras was out of charge when I switched to the new app on my Iphone.  After charging the camera, I tried to sync several times but failed.  Can anyone please help me? I have this system for over a year now so outside the free support from Arlo's customer service. Thanks!

Have you tried to remove & re-install the Arlo app? 

 

  What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.
