Admin email no longer working, can no longer log in - can't cancel, can't see videos, what now?

Our admin email address is no longer available to us after switching providers.  Tried to update to the new email, wouldn't let us.  Husband then screwed up the password, so we can no longer get into the account at all since we can't access the password update link in the old email.  We can't get support since you need some sort of link emailed to you now, we can't get through to a human on any phone number.   What in the world do we do now?  (Created this account to be able to log in at all even to access the community.)
