I use to have access to a second bank of cameras on a second base station but had to reset and can no longer see them on my subscription.  I am getting notifications on the missing cameras but unable to see them.  I tried re-adding the missing base station but my account cannot find it when I search for it and try adding.  Very frustrating and appreciate any guidance

Were these cameras in the same account?  Or were they shared from a different account?

Any subscription has to be in the main account, so it wouldn't show up in a friend account.

 

Are you simply not seeing the cameras at all?

Or perhaps you are getting notifications, but are not able to see recordings???

I was able to see the cameras on the other base station under my account in the past.  When I received the notifications in the past, I could go to my account and view what was being picked up on the camera (live, not recording) since the other base station was shared.  Now when I get the notification, I click on it which takes me to my bank of cameras but not those on the other base station

Are you seeing "Library" in the app?  Or are you seeing "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead?

Also, what is the primary account showing?

 

it sounds like one of the account might have migrated to "Feed".  Both accounts need to match (either both "Feed" or both "Library").

I see library in the app on my phone for my devices.  So should I log into the other account and make sure it is on library?  I don't recall ever seeing feed on either base station.  thanks for your help
