I am trying to add a third camera,  Went through all the instructions, tried to take out and reinsert the batteries and tried to activate it again.  Got the blue light, but I am unable to see the camera on my devices.

Are you sure it synced? You get slow blue LED on the camera at first and then a rapid blue LED once synced. Try power cycling the base, too.
