Arlo HD I added a camera to our system. It shows up in my phone app but not on my wife's phone

Arlo HD I added a camera to our system. It shows up in my phone app but not on my wife's phone.  She  has access granted.  We have turned the phone off, removed the app, removed the camera from our system.  Still only shows on my phone??  Any help would be appreciated.

ANy new camera (or one that's been removed and resynced) has to be added to her account in Settingsa, Grant Access. It's not automatically added.
