My husband and I would both like to see our home at the same on the Arlo IPad app on our respective iPads without logging out and taking turns. I see that I can make him a friend and he can see all that I can see but not have administrative rights. Hopefully we can both view our home at same time. I have sent him an invite abs Arlo indicates email was sent but after and hour wait the invite has not appeared in his email. I then sent the invite to his other email and it has not appeared. I am doing all of this on iPad. What am I missing?

To the best of my knowledge only one device can view the cameras at a time.

You're not necessarily missing anything. Is the email there now? Might just take some time. Also, be sure to check the spam folder. Who is your ISP? Is it possible they're rejecting the email as spam before it even hits the inbox? Two different email addresses should have been the answer to that but ya never know.

I'm having thesame problem. When I send my wife an invitation, it stays in "pending" status and she never gets an email. Also when I try to confirm my email toreceive a motion alert, I do not get an email. No, they arn't in a Junk or Spam folder. We don't get any emails from Arlo!

Questors,
It sounds like e-mails from Arlo could be blacklisted by your e-mail provider or your e-mail is filtering them as spam. Consider trying to have e-mail alerts sent to a different address to isolate if the issue is with the original e-mail address. Please let us know!

I was able to solve the problem by changing email providers. I changed to gmail andit worked fine. I prefer to use my POP3 email through Network Solutions, I have been using that for abut 15 years and never had a problem like this before with them. All of my other email comes through fine.

vtteddy,
This could be an issue with the device/browser she is using to click the link. Consider trying to accept the invitation using a different device/browser.
