Add a friend does not work

Inviting a friend feature seems not to work. Friend (my wife) invited, she received email to set up an account, and did so. The shared camera is not visible in this account. Also tried if this works differently, once she got an account. So deleted friend and added again. Result is the same.

Hey @Bjoern79

 

You have to go in to your app within the Admin account > Click Settings > Grant Access > Click her name > Allow privileges to the devices you want to share > Click Save.

Thanks. But the issue is that the invitation is still shown as not accepted, despite having gone through all the registration with the invited email address and also trying it with an already registered email address.

Have you tried to Edit > Delete the invite > Send again?

Yep, but the email from Arlo to the invited address still states register an account. It seems not to recognize when the invited address is already registered. Do I need a premium account for it to work? Thx.

You do not. Please contact the customer support team so they can investigate this issue you are experiencing further. You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to Settings/System/Support.
