I cancelled my single camera account on  or about the 23rd August and took out a multi camera account on the same day since then I have still been charged for the account I cancelled so I cancelled my multi camera to see if I got a responce but nothing apart from to say the account had been cancelled.

I missed the "E" mails requiring more info it when straight into junk for some reason and I did not check it I need to get this sorted so I can get my cameras back online
