I can no longer login to my account because I no longer have access to the account’s email to verify for login.

Have you tried to reset the password? Does the password work on the web browser? Can you uninstall and then reinstall the app and try again?

I have an Essential 2nd gen outdoor security camera that has gone off line.  A red light blinks on the front.  The camera will not resync to the network.  Pushing the resync button on top does not produce the blue blinking light.  Is the camera salvageable?

My first guess is that the battery needs to be recharged. A slow amber flash indicates low battery. Have you tried charging it yet?

I tried Message notifications with no luck.  Keep getting select # that can receive text

Since the new app and interface has happened. Ihave had to reset everything  then re install the app. Now I cant login, ive tried absolutely everything. The new interface, which i cant get anymore was absolutely terrible and confusing. the website refuses to let me log in. Im mad as hell that everytnig has changed. I have all these expensive cameras set up and working perfectly for many years AND NOW ARLO WONT LET ME LOGIN AT ALL. I HVE TRIED EVERYTNG. CAN SOMEONE FROM ARLO LET ME KNOW WHY YOU ARE NOT ACCEPTING MY USUAL EMAIL ADDRESS AND USUAL PASSWORD PRETTY PLEASE?

and also, you send me the 6 figure code via my email address and each time i type it in and press confirm, it wont accept the code you send. After all these years of using Arlo, just out of the blue, you decide not to let me access my cameras. i wish i hadnt re installed the app, and the new interface is/was confusing (when I could get it)
